First we utilize Ultra FoamT which is much more durable than traditional goggle foam and more comfortable than the standard rubber rim. It provides a better seal and is also the only foam that can be customized based on environment. Notches are intentionally manufactured into the foam so sections can be removed, allowing extra ventilation for intense operations. Its streamlined design fits under all issued helmets and is more functional given the interchangeable, two lens package providing day and night relief. Each SG-1 V-Cut lens is layered with our proprietary anti-fog, and scratch resistant coatings providing perfect optical clarity and longer functional life. Slots are also manufactured into the outside edges of each lens providing the top to bottom circulation needed for intense operations. Temples are also included so the goggle can be converted into a set of ballistic sunglasses for down time. What's more, the SG-1 meets the military's Vo Ballistic Test - MIL-V-43511C, the rigorous 0.22 caliber ballistic impact test so your eye's are sealed in a safe environment.
