Terms and Conditions

The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as Conditions) described below govern the use of this site (referred to as GearZone Tactical or site). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these conditions of GearZone Tactical of MO.



1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your GearZone Tactical purchase, you may now return your order to GearZone for a full refund. Some Restrictions Apply: Please note that returned items must be unworn (clothing) or unused (other items) and in the same condition as they were received in, and returned in their original packaging.

  • You can return an order for up to 365 days from the shipment date.  Reading materials & DVD's are non-returnable & non-refundable.  Items excluded from the 365 day return policy are flashlights, optics, electronics products & Items removed from plastic blister packaging, e.g., lamps, film, batteries, memory cards, etc.  
  • Include in your return package the merchandise (which is in its original, brand-new condition and its original packaging) suitable for resale, and a filled out return form. Click Here to open a fillable PDF.
  • Once your return is received and processed we will issue a refund to the original credit card. Please note: we can only issue refunds to your credit card within 45 days of the original shipment date. If you send back a return that is 45 days or more after the original shipment date, you will be issued store credit only.
  • Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing directly from GearZone Tactical, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not require a RMA number.
  • If you need to perform an exchange, simply return the original merchandise using the above instructions. Then just place a new order online – this order will ship as soon as possible. You will be refunded for the original returned merchandise as soon we can process the return.
  • Boots must be returned in the original box, DO NOT USE the original box as the shipping box. Boots may only be returned in the original packaging, which is then placed inside a shipping box.
  • GearZone Tactical does not refund the original shipping charge (when applicable).
  • If you received any promotional item(s) with your order, and you need to return the item(s) that earned you those promotional item(s), you will also need to include the promotional item(s) with your return.
  • There are a few reasons we cannot accept an item back, and those are for health or hygiene concerns: Pepper Spray, Underwear, and in ear hearing protection are not eligible for return.
  • Items returned that do not meet the above criteria, show use, are obviously worn, are not in the original packaging, are not in a condition to resell as new may be returned to the original purchaser. Items returned to original purchaser will be charged shipping.

Goods which are supplied correctly may be returned within a 365 day period for exchange or refund. Return shipping costs for correctly shipped items will be met by the customer. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.  If you do not provide a method of billing for the reshipping charges your credit card on file will be billed.  If you have used Paypal for a method of payment we will send you a request for payment for the reshipping charges.  We will not reship your order until we have received full payment for re-shipping charges.

Please allow up to two weeks for return or exchange orders to be processed.  If you need the exchange expedited please contact us in advance for arrangements.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Free shipping offers apply only to the initial purchase and not exchanges for that particular order or exchanges for other orders by the same customer.  Items returned under a free shipping offer are subject to the cost of the shipping of the original order. 

In all cases goods shall be in a resalable condition complete with original packaging and labels and in the case of apparel all tags must be attached to the garment. In the case of boot returns, the product boot box must be without defect and not used as a shipping box for applying shipping labels or postage in order to ship the return.  There will be a 10% restock fee for all boxes used for the purposes of return shipments.  Please provide a copy of the original packing slip in order to assure correct handling. All goods returned are the responsibility of the returnee.  Orders over $500.00 which are not cancelled within 24 hours will be processed a restocking fee in the amount of 10%.  Any orders returned beyond 30 days may be charged a restocking fee of 10%. 

OVERSIZED ITEMS will be charged the applicable shipping rate and shipping cost. They DO NOT qualify for free shipping promotions. Postage for oversized item returns are the customers responsibility and are not covered by GearZone.

Orders shipped to the customer by GearZone or their agents which are refused by the customer upon delivery by the Shipping Service (ie. UPS, USPS, FedEx or other shipping method) will be charged the applicable return service shipping rate and initial shipping cost.

Orders which are unable to be delivered due to an inaccurate or incomplete address by the customer will be refunded less the shipping charges. Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped to International addresses outside the United States that are returned non-deliverable due to restrictions by the country of the recipients address will not receive a refund for the shipping fees.  It is up to the customer to check shipping restrictions.
 
Any sales items that are on closeout or reduced pricing are considered final and not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Special Offers Policy
Items that are offered at special pricing and previously purchased at full price are not eligible for a refund of the difference between the sale price and the full price unless noted otherwise in the sale.

Only one coupon per order may be applied to orders for which qualify. There will not be a reduced shipping rate for an order if the order has had reduced pricing either through a sale promotion or a bid submission. 

Offers for free promotional items are limited to one per customer per order.  If a customer attempts to place several orders to receive multiple promotional items we will not be required to provide the promotional items free of charge.  All promotional items and free offers are while supplies last.  We are not responsible for providing the item to you at a later date.  If you neglect to enter the appropriate discount code for the promotion during the checkout process we will not be obligated to ship any promotional items at our cost.  All orders for which a customer attempts to use an invalid coupon for will be billed the appropriate charges.

Items purchased at reduced or discounted prices do not qualify for promotional items or FREE Shipping.   Only regular price items qualify for the free promotional items.  Discount code discounts and promotional coupons only apply to online orders.  If a customer places an order and applies a discount code in order to receive a discount they do not qualify for the amount will be billed to the credit card.  If the customer attempts to apply free codes to an order that does not qualify for free shipping the shipping will be billed to the customer.  We will make very attempt to contact the customer but if we are not able to make contact the card will be billed accordingly and the shipment will be shipped. 
 
Any orders placed that a specials coupon or % off coupon that is erroneously applied will be cancelled or customer will be contacted. 
 
GearZone Products or GearZone Tactical reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. 

 

3. REFUNDS
Refunds for returned merchandise will be refunded via the original method of payment or by check. 
The refund will be for the amount of the original order less shipping fees.  If your order received free shipping you will be refunded the merchandise amount less the shipping costs.  Any free promotional items which were received in your order must be returned with the items you are requesting a refund for in the event that you no longer qualify for them as a result of the return.  Promotional items do not apply to discounted/reduced price items.

Any sales items that are on closeout or reduced pricing are considered final and not eligible for return or exchange.
 
MapNotes software is not eligible for refund.
Could take up to two weeks for refunds for return to be processed.
 
Gear Zone LLC d/b/a GearZone Products & GearZone Tactical cannot be held responsible for addresses submitted incorrectly or for address changes that are not made via a phone call to our office.  If you submit the incorrect address or need an address change you will need to speak with a liver person to get this corrected. Email is not an acceptable form of communication to handle this due to the order possibly being shipped before the emails are reviewed by customer service.

Gear Zone LLC d/b/a GearZone Products & GearZone Tactical reserves the right to cancel any order at any point in time. 

4. TITLE
Title is reserved. Ownership of goods does not pass to the buyer until complete financial transaction has been made.

5. AFTER SALES SERVICE
After Sales Service applies to all goods we have sold. All manufacturers' guarantees will be honored.

6. COLORS
While every effort has been made to present the true likeness of the product colors, variations may however occur in catalog print and on different screen resolutions. We therefore cannot guarantee colors to be as seen in the brochure or on the web site.

7. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMES
Every effort will be made to process orders, which are in stock within one working day. Please note however, orders generally will be processed within one to five business days. PLEASE KEEP IM MIND WE ARE EXPERIENCING HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS SO WE ARE NOT SHIPPING ORDERS AS FAST AS USUAL.  If you need an order fast please contact us to let us know.

3 Day Select, 2nd Day & Next Day orders must be received before 12:00 Noon CST in order to be processed on that day of business.  UPS does not ship packages on Saturdays or Sundays.  They will only ship during business hours Monday through Friday unless there is a special request for Saturday delivery.  This only applies to Next Day Air and 2 Day Air, Saturday delivery is not available for 3 Day Select. 

Where practical, customers shall be notified if an item is placed on back order.  Customers with expedited orders that contain backorders will be contacted.  If the customer does not respond to attempts to be contacted the order will ship without the backordered item/items.

All orders shipped via USPS which are over 1 cubic foot in dimensional weight are subject to an adjusted freight charge according the shipper service applicable rates. We will notify you if this is the case. 

All orders shipped via UPS which are over 3 cubic feet in dimensional weight are subject to an adjusted freight charge according the shipper service applicable rates. We will notify you if this is the case. 

8. PRICES
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to amend prices and specifications without prior notification. Incorrectly published pricing will be amended per our discretion.  Current prices and specifications may be ascertained by fax, e-mail or telephone.
Gear Zone LLC d/b/a GearZone Products & GearZone Tactical reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.


Request for quotations and bid requests may be provided by a Customer Services Representative.

9. APO ADDRESSES
The USPS currently allows us to track a package to the APO depot. It does not allow for tracking within the APO system. Please be sure that you are able to receive a package at the final APO destination.  You can purchase additional insurance coverage for your package up to the APO system.

Free shipping is not available to APO/FPO Adresses.

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International orders may be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail, Global Priority or UPS whichever is the most cost effective.  The customer pays all shipping, insurance and customs fees, and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that do not allow us to insure shipments within their borders. All International orders are subject to an adjusted freight charge after shipment due to weight or method of shipping.  In the case of shipments to countries who restrict an item for import it is the customers responsibility if their customs confiscate that item from being imported. 

Due to the Risk of Loss & Customs Regulations we are NOT responsible for Undelivered Mail, Customs Duties or Taxes.  If customer does not pay customs fees, import duty or taxes we cannot accept return of the shipment and responsibility of return fees.  Order will not be refunded if customer does not pay all fees associated with shipment. 

International, APO and Canadian Orders CANNOT BE SHIPPED 1-Day or 2-Day Service. To ensure correct shipping, ALL International Orders must include a phone, fax # or email address.
 
Any larger sized or heavy orders placed via the website where the shipping charge does not cover the cost to ship the order when it is actually shipped there will be additional shipping charges added and we will contact you.

11. METHOD OF SHIPPING


Our method of shipping is typically UPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, but if you contact us by phone we can try and accommodate an alternative method of shipping. 
Any larger sized or heavy orders placed via the website where the shipping charge does not cover the cost to ship the order when it is actually shipped there will be additional shipping charges added and we will contact you.
 
9. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
If an order is submitted with the incorrect address when you place an order we will make every attempt to contact you to get it corrected. If you are not able to be contacted your order will be held for a maximum of one week.  At that time your order may be cancelled by us.  If the order is shipped with the incorrect address due to customer error there will be an address change fee of $5.00.  If the package has to be redirected in transit there will be a $10.00 redirection fee.  This is the fee we are charged by the shipping service.
