The 117E Radio pouch has attachment strapping that covers all of this pouch. Padded shoulder straps are attached so you can turn it into a pack. 2 cinch-down straps come across the back of this pocket to secure external loads. THe 117E Radio Pouch is designed to attach to the zip off back pane on the RAV vest or any other system with 1" strapping.
