The end of WWII was celebrated with the lighting of beacons, ringing of church bells, street parties and bonfires. Newspapers of the world did a good job capturing those celebrations and were always eye catching with their headlines declaring PEACE. This knife was decorated, with those moments in mind, to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the end of World War II. Tang stamped US ARMY. Sheath included.
