What does your limited lifetime warranty cover?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our Inova products should a consumer have a problem with their light. This warranty includes manufacturers defect in materials and/or workmanship, and malfunction limited to the intended use of the product. Our warranty does not cover abuse or neglect, modification, water submersion, or physical damage to the surface of the flashlight including scratches or other externally exposed parts, which do not affect the light output. Batteries are not included.
Can I switch my end cap from my Tactical Series light for an X-Series Light?
No. Doing so will void out your limited lifetime warranty
Can I have my light specially engraved?
No alterations can be done to our Inova lights without voiding out the limited lifetime warranty.
Can I take my Inova light scuba diving? Is it waterproof?
No. All Inova lights are 'water resistant', meaning they are not 'water proof'. These lights can handle moisture, as well as contact with water, but they cannot be submerged for long periods of time. For example, the light may withstand falling into a puddle, but we do not recommend taking them diving or using them underwater. Doing so would void the limited lifetime warranty.
Is there a lifetime warranty on your T4 accessories?

You should hear a click and the flashlight would feel secure and tight in the cradle. The blue LED should remain constant and not blink. Flashling could indicate that a secure connection has not been made. Make sure the contacts are clean as well. If this does not work, you may return the light to us for warranty replacement. TO ACTIVATE YOUR MICROLIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME: Press and hold down the button for 15 seconds until the light goes out. In true darkness the old X1 was not as practical. If you were looking for something, it had no peripheral lighting. You would have to sweep the beam back and forth. The new X1 reflector captures 95% of the light - all of the light is coming out of the LED. It has a broader beam pattern, which makes it more useful.
