At GearZone Products we want to make returns and exchanges simple and easy. Therefore we will provide a Return Shipping Label for your convenience for almost all orders upon your request. Once you receive the Return Shipping Label all you will need to do is drop the package off at a UPS location. UPS shipping costs for the Return Shipping Label will be charged to your card as a new charge at our discounted UPS volume rate.
If you used Paypal when placing your original order we will not be able to generate a Return Shipping Label unless you can provide a credit card to process the return shipping charges. You can contact GearZone Products to obtain an RMA and Return Service Label at 888-432-7966.
Terms and Conditions for returns still apply. We will not assess a 20% restock fee if you have met the GearZone Products terms and conditions policies for your return.
If you want to send something back but do not want to use the Return Shipping Label, or did not receive a Return Shipping Label, please use a shipping method of your preference. Insurance, tracking, and/or proof of delivery is at your discretion but we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
