Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your new replacement product.
No, we do not exchange lights for another color. You must return to the retailer where it was purchased.
You can remove the cap and clean the treads of the cap and body with a soft cloth. Reapply a light coat of silicone grease to threads and O-Ring. If that doesn't work, you may send it back for a replacement light.
The best way to mount the T4 into the charger is to place the handle through the cradle first, and then drag back until the connection is made (see the diagram in your instruction sheet). You should hear a click and the flashlight would feel secure and tight in the cradle. The blue LED should remain constant and not blink. Flashling could indicate that a secure connection has not been made. Make sure the contacts are clean as well.
If this does not work, you may return the light to us for warranty replacement. Please include the flashlight, cradle and battery so our technicians may distinguish the problem accurately.
Press and hold down the button for 15 seconds until the light goes out.
Press the button one time for high power
Press the button two times for low power
Press the button three times for strobe
If you leave your Microlight on any setting for more than 2 seconds the next press of the button will turn it off and not go to the next function.
In the high power setting your Microlight will automatically shut off after 4 minutes. Low power and strobe settings will run as long as they are active.
To reset your Microlight into signal mode:
Press the button three times for strobe mode.
While the light is strobing, press and hold the button for 5 seconds.
In signal mode your light will only work as a squeeze light.
To activate normal operating modes press and hold down the button for 15 seconds until the light goes out.

We do not advise using rechargeable batteries on any of our Inova products (with the exception of the T4, which has an Emissive Energy Lithium Ion rechargeable battery included). The specs for our products are based on the use of the recommended battery, and a rechargeable may affect the output of the light and will void out the limited lifetime warranty.

We use lithium batteries for their long (typically 10 year) shelf life. When one needs a flashlight in an emergency - we want as much a guarantee that it will work as possible. If standard AA batteries are left in a flashlight, their power drains away over time, even if the flashlight is not engaged.
White: Best for all around illumination
Green: Offers the highest visibility
Blue: Enhances contrast
Red: Won't hinder the eye's night vision
White: 6800 K
Red: 620 nm
Green: 530 nm
Blue: 470nm
UV: 395 nm
Can I mount the Tactical line to my gun?
The Inova T1, T2 and T3 will work as weapon lights as they are impervious to recoil and fit in standard 1in rings. We also offer a remote pressure switch for the T Series of lights for Rifle/carbine applications. For further information about the model# TSPS, contact Matthew Wolfe at mwolfe@inovalight.com.
What is the difference between the XO3 and the T3 (same goes for XO vs. T2)?
The T3 actually arrived pursuant to our XO3. Our T-Series was created in response to the needs of our military & law enforcement community; the main difference between the T3 and XO3 is that the T3 has a knurled body for secure grip, and a clicking switch for constant on/off mode, rather than the twist action and press button of the XO3.
The output of the lights is similar; both use the patented TIROS? optical lens system, and are designed to meet our strict engineering standards.
Product Changes / Improvements:
The X1 is no longer a spotlight, and has changed only in the reflector. Instead of utilizing a custom optic, the new X1 has a revolutionary diamond tuned reflector. The old lens, even though it projected a tighter spot, only captured 60% of the light that came out of the LED. The rest of the light was lost inside of the flashlight.
In true darkness the old X1 was not as practical. If you were looking for something, it had no peripheral lighting. You would have to sweep the beam back and forth. The new X1 reflector captures 95% of the light - all of the light is coming out of the LED. It has a broader beam pattern, which makes it more useful.
This was done as a running change in the product as it was a major improvement over the previous product.
The new Radiant Series of Inova flashlights provide outstanding durability and performance for a lifetime of owner satisfaction, and are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. We decided to design a flashlight that is more readily available to an end user, allowing them to experience Inova quality at a better price.
The Radiant Series of Inova Flashlights feature a revolutionary vented head design. This venting system ensures cool running, and energy efficient performance for longer battery life and maximum light output.
An optically enhanced reflector and high energy LED deliver a uniform bright white hot spot and balanced peripheral illumination. Advanced electronic circuitry provides non-dimming light output.
All our radiant line flashlights are encased in high impact polycarbonate bodies, and feature a rubberized grip, double lanyard holes, and momentary/constant on switches, water resistance, and non-rolling geometry.
The Radiant AAA has a 100ft. effective range, and a 1-mile signal visibility.
The Radiant AA has a 150ft. effective range, and a 1.5-mile signal visibility.
The Radiant C has a 200ft. effective range, and a 2-mile signal visibility.
*Please note: The Radiant Series products are not yet rated in terms of lumen(s) and/or burn times.
All colored Inova X5 & X1 lights will now be available in a 'quad pack' only, which is how the current Inova X5/X1MT-UVT is packaged. A quad pack is not a clamshell, but instead a black, four-sided, thin plastic box.
The Inova X5 with white LED's will still be available in standard retail packaging.
They do not offer accessories for the 24/7 as a separate item for purchase. The accessories can be purchased in conjunction with the 24/7 at any outlet that carries this item. The 24/7-APY1 and 24/7 APG1 will be the only models available for purchase in the retail package, which are green and yellow-bodied flashlights with the full accessory pack.
What is the XO2 ? flashlight?
Within the existing cylindrical body, we have inserted an LED with twice the optical output of the former XO. It will continue to feature the patented TIROS optical lens system. It will be called the XO2, because it has twice the power.
The new XO flashlight will feature a flared head design with the standard power LED combined with an optically tuned, custom reflector system that delivers the advantage of a wide-angle short field and superior hot spot.
